Bob Voelk

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
Bob Voelk is one of the original founders of Omtool and currently serves as its chairman, chief executive officer and president. He is responsible for Omtool’s global strategy, is a recognized expert in document routing technologies and has a long and distinguished career in the computer software industry. As president and CEO, Bob has been responsible for developing Omtool’s diverse product portfolio, its worldwide network of strategic alliances and the executive management functions. Prior to co-founding Omtool, Voelk worked for more than a decade at ASA International, a developer of proprietary vertical market software, where he served as executive vice president of the company’s International Trade and Transportation Division. Thaddeus Bouchard

Chief Technology Officer
A 20-year veteran of the software and hardware industry, Thaddeus Bouchard is responsible for directing all aspects of technology, business-process improvement, and system development. He brings extensive systems development and information management expertise along with a wealth of project-management experience. Bouchard joined Omtool in 1998 as director of product management and quickly rose to vice president of products in 1999. Previously, Bouchard was founder and CEO of NetValu Corp., a Web-based provider of technology and services for profiling the interests of Internet users. Thaddeus has also held product-management, marketing and engineering positions for AT&T and Lotus Development Corp.

Dan Coccoluto

Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
Dan Coccoluto is chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of Omtool, Ltd. Appointed to CFO in September 2003, Coccoluto is committed to building and protecting shareholder value through compliant and transparent financial reporting. Dan started his Omtool career in 1999 as corporate controller where he managed the day-to-day operations of the finance department. Promoted to treasurer and secretary in April 2005, Dan assumed additional responsibilities for financial planning and analysis, oversight of business and operational controllers and analysis for mergers and acquisitions. Coccoluto is a CPA with public accountancy experience with Ernst & Young.

Karen Cummings

Karen Cummings, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Executive Vice President, Karen Cummings is responsible for driving growth of Omtool’s enterprise-class products into new and expanding markets and strengthening its ability to deliver comprehensive document routing solutions to the growing $1.5 billion market. Her years of experience in market analysis, perception improvement, product introductions, demand creation and sales enables her to lead Omtool’s strategic direction and expand its market position worldwide. Cummings managed diverse enterprise-wide initiatives while EVP marketing at Metatomix and Sandy Bay Networks before launching Spinnaker Consulting Group. Spinnaker was a consulting agency providing strategic marketing services to a variety of clients, including Omtool. Karen has also held senior level marketing positions at Advanced Visual Systems, Inc. (AVS), SystemSoft Corporation, and Intel Corporation.

Eamonn Doyle

Vice President, Information Technology
As vice president of information technologies, Eamonn Doyle is responsible for all Omtool’s IT functions and facilities administration. Eamonn provides strategic analysis for short- and long-term IT deployments and, by supporting the use of Omtool software for internal applications, Eamonn has helped the company develop solutions that enterprises throughout the world can deploy with confidence. Prior to joining Omtool as manager of IT in 1997, Doyle held various positions in the electronic and manufacturing engineering departments at Modicon, Inc.

Cara Fascione

Vice President, Sales
Cara Fascione manages the company’s healthcare and trade and logistics vertical market sales teams. She has a proven track record as a vertical industry expert and has succeeded in creating brand recognition and significant presence within targeted business sectors. Most recently, Fascione was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kewill Trade and Logistics where she specialized in remaining current with highly evolving market trends and concentrated on using a consultative approach to provide competitive and unique solutions to her customers

Tom Gordon

Vice President, Business Development
Tom Gordon brings over 26 years of in-depth sales experience to Omtool where he directs the company’s business development and strategic partner relationships. His expertise includes developing and managing successful sales teams, designing and implementing distribution plans, and expanding sales channels. Prior to Omtool, Tom was Business Development Manager for Equitrac, a Florida-based software company. He has held sales management positions at Fortune 500 companies and co-founded SharCo and Frames USA.

Claudia Skilton

Vice President, Customer Services
Claudia Skilton leads Omtool's global efforts in delivering specialized services to customers. Combining more than two decades of technical expertise with an unwavering commitment to provide timely solutions that meet the growing needs of each customer, Skilton oversees all aspects of customer relations including service, support, software quality assurance, documentation and training. Prior to Omtool, Skilton spent more than 20 years at Digital Equipment Corporation in a variety of engineering positions.

Kelvyn Stirk

Vice President, Sales
As vice president of sales, Kelvyn is responsible for leading Omtool sales opportunities among businesses of all sizes and industries, with a special focus on law firms, financial services, and enterprise corporations. With over 15 years in the document capture and management industry, and strong experience working with legal and commercial accounts, Kelvyn is uniquely qualified to develop document process automation solutions aligned with the needs of any document-intensive organization. Prior to this position, Kelvyn led Omtool's legal vertical solutions team and spent five years as a records and conflicts specialist with Hummingbird (now OpenText Corporation). Prior to OpenText, Kelvyn held a senior sales management position at IKON. Across these positions collectively, he has gained extensive experience working with a suite of document-related solutions and services.
