Following the consolidation of Omtool's support facilities into our Andover, Mass., location, Omtool customers can enjoy an even higher level of support, more knowledgeable representatives, and more comprehensive programs than ever.

This is possible because we have concentrated all our resources into one central location, where our application experts can share knowledge acquired from successfully handling a broad range of application situations.

There are four levels of support available:

You can now choose support coverage from around the clock Monday through Friday, or support on a 24/7 basis. Assistance may be provided via e-mail, fax, or through the Web site.

Customers covered by a maintenance program can access our recently expanded Knowledge Base that contains tech notes, advisories and general technical information . Product documentation is also available, as well as updates.
